I'm Lisa Dixon. I own TrustPoint, and when you book an appointment, I'm the one who shows up — not a dispatcher, not a rotation.
I was still in high school when I started in healthcare. Thermometers were glass with red tips. No gloves yet. That was 1985, and I haven't stopped since. I went into the Navy, served as a hospital corpsman — had to strike for the rate, which took about a year, but I got it. By 2000 I was a nurse, and I kept going from there. That's over four decades of showing up in rooms where people needed someone steady: hospital floors, hospice suites, home visits, the places where the paperwork mattered because the moment mattered.
Notary work is a natural fit for all of that. When you call me, you're usually in the middle of something important — a closing, a health directive, a document that can't wait. I understand the weight of that. I don't rush you through it.
I serve Orlando and the surrounding counties, seven days a week. Hospital bedside or kitchen table — I'll be there.
